A 1940's jewelry store display for Elgin watches. As I was told by the Elgin Museum, Elgin made all sorts of specialty ad displays for various holidays. They had never seen this one before. It is a mechanical display that holds a single boxed Elgin watch (not included).
When you place a size "D" battery in the back and swing the pendulum-like starter, she moves her head from back and forth. It is made of cardboard and comes in its original mailing box.
The display is 14" x 18". She looks very, very good for her age. This item is in the category "Collectibles\Advertising\Merchandise & Memorabilia\Store Displays". The seller is "culmerkid" and is located in this country: US. This item can be shipped to United States.
